Instruction Manual: Holy Living

High School Youth Group
For the week of April 26th, 2015

This Week's Topic
"Instruction Manual:Holy Living"

Theme Verse
"For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline. So do not be ashamed of the testimony about our Lord or of me his prisoner. Rather, join with me in suffering for the gospel, by the power of God. He has saved us and called us to a holy life—not because of anything we have done but because of his own purpose and grace. This grace was given us in Christ Jesus before the beginning of time, 10 but it has now been revealed through the appearing of our Savior, Christ Jesus, who has destroyed death and has brought life and immortality to light through the gospel." 2 Timothy 1:7-70

This week we will look at 2 Timothy 1:1-14 together and discover how God redeems us and calls us to holy living.

Take advantage of our weekly family conversations. In fact, studies show that if your family talks about faith in the home, it is more likely that your teen will keep their faith once they graduate from high school. You can uses these short reflections and questions to talk about faith on a walk, in the car on the way to practice or school, or at the dinner table. I pray that your student and family will discover how God can shape your spiritual journeys together.
